NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing concerning the impact of wildfires on the citizens and businesses of the County. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, starting at 5:00 p.m. and concluding no later than 9:00 p.m. The public hearing is open to everyone and will be held at the North Medford High School Commons, 1900 North Keene Way Drive, Medford, Oregon.
Interested persons may be present to submit oral or written testimony on issues and concerns brought about by the impact of wildfires and smoke in the community. Oral testimony given during the public hearing shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person. If you have additional information to give beyond the designated time limit, you are encouraged to submit it in writing. (An extension of the time limit may be approved by a majority of the Board.)
If you are unable to attend the public hearing, you may submit your written testimony via email (BoC-CAO_Admin@jacksoncounty.org) or by mail to the Board of Commissioners, 10 South Oakdale Room 214, Medford OR 97501. Written testimony should be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.
