10:30 AM PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of the Planning Department’s tentative denial of an application for a verification of a nonconforming status to acknowledge a dwelling and six (6) accessory structures built in the Forest Resource (FR) zone without permits or review, in near proximity to a code change which rendered the use conditional. As well, the property owners wish to have a personal use air strip acknowledged, on an 80 acre parcel, zoned Forest Resource (FR), and located on Upper Graves Creek with no physical address assigned.  The property is legally described as Township 33 South, Range 4 West, Section (null), Tax Lot 4800 & 4801.  The application was submitted and appealed by James & Janet Hamilton through their agent Jay Harland, CSA Panning LLC., 4497 Brownridge Ter. 1:30 PM CONTIUED PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of the Planning Department’s tentative denial of a Departmental Administrative Review application for a facility for processing farm crops to allow ethanol processing of industrial hemp, on a 104.89-acre parcel, zoned Exclusive Farm Use (EFU), and located at 742 Brophy Road, Eagle Point, OR. The property is legally described as Township 35 South, Range 1 West, Section 35, Tax Lot 100, Township 35 South, Range 1 West, Section 36, Tax Lot 201 and Township 35 South, Range 1 West, Section 26, Tax Lot 1605.
