The Draft EA examines the potential environmental impacts of the change to the ALP.  The airport intends to release land from aeronautical use to construct and operate a solar PV array.  The Draft EA reviews the purpose and need for the proposed action, alternatives to those actions, potential environmental impacts of those actions, and the mitigation that may be incorporated into the project to reduce and mitigate any potential impacts.

Comments on the Draft EA are encouraged. All written or emailed comments must be received by 5:00pm on April 7, 2017. Comments received during the public comment period will be used by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in making an environmental determination on the project.
