Per Jackson County Board Order # 108-19 effective August 01, 2019 Jackson County Geographic Information System increasing the GIS (Information Techology) fee from $8.00 to $11.00 on all documents currently being charged.

• $101.00 for the first page, $5.00 for each additional page, and/or extra transaction, additional release, satisfaction or assignment number. 
• Ownership Deeds (Warranty Deed, Bargain and Sale Deed, Quitclaim Deed etc.)

  $92.00 for the first page, $5.00 for each additional page and or extra transaction for any deed changing ownership or vested interest in real property per Measure 79, General Election 2012.
