Interstate Cases

When we establish jurisdiction we can provide services when one parent lives in Oregon and the other parent lives in another state.  Federal law guides the processing of interstate cases and requires cooperation between states.  Interstate processes allow for the establishment and modification of orders and for the enforcement of an order in whichever state the “paying" parent lives.
