I was just subpoenaed for Grand Jury, what does this mean?

If you have received a “Grand Jury Subpoena” that means you are a victim/witness in a criminal case being presented to the grand jury.  These subpoenas tend to be served within a couple days of the actual appearance.  The subpoena requires you to appear at 721 W 10th Street, Medford, and will have a date and time for your appearance.  The last portion of the subpoena will list the name of the defendant who is being presented to the grand jury.
