I am a victim or have witnessed a crime and need to report it, how can you help me?

The JCDAO does not have its own investigator and therefore, cannot take direct reports of criminal activity.  The JCDAO can only act on reports directly submitted to the office by law enforcement agencies.   If you are a victim or a witness to an on-going emergency call 9-1-1 or if it is to report non-emergency criminal activity call your local law enforcement agency:
