Notice is given that on the 1st day of March at the hour of 10:00 AM in the Auditorium of the Jackson County Courthouse, 10 South Oakdale Street, Medford, Oregon , I will sell pursuant to board order 18-19 of the Jackson County Board of Commissioners the following lands and property that have been acquired by Jackson County, Oregon, through foreclosure for delinquent taxes and assessment liens. The lands to be sold are described by reference to official records in the office of the Jackson County Assessor. Further description of lands to be sold may be obtained from the County Property Manager, Room 111, Jackson County Courthouse, Medford, Oregon, by reference to the sale number. The lands will be sold to the highest bidder for not less than the price appearing in the minimum bid column. All sales will be for cash only if purchase price is under $10,000.00, cash or contract if purchase price exceeds $10,000.00.
In offering for sale the lands herein described, Jackson County makes no representation either expressed or implied, that any parcel of property so offered for sale will be approved by the Planning and Development Department for installment thereon of a subsurface sewage disposal system. Access to parcels not served by a dedicated public road will be the responsibility of the buyer. Prospective purchasers should verify the land use zoning classification of each parcel before bidding. Purchaser of timber lands must post surety with county to guarantee payment for harvested timber and compliance with provisions of Oregon Revised Statute 275.290.
