Manufactured home changes require taxes be paid in full with certified funds at the time of the transaction. If payment was made by personal check proof of cleared check will be required at the time of the transaction, or a 30 day hold will be placed on the transaction.
Title changes for manufactured homes cannot be started after 3:30 pm.
