The Jackson County Health & Human Services Utilization Management Team (JCHHS/UMT) manages the mental health benefits for members enrolled in one of Jackson County’s two Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs). CCOs are networks of all kinds of health care providers who work together to serve people in their area who are covered by the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid). CCOs focus on patient-centered care with better coordination across providers to improve health, improve care, and lower cost for the populations they serve. Learn more about our local CCOs, Jackson Care Connect and AllCare, by visiting their websites.
