Family Planning Clinic

Jackson County Public Health will no longer be seeing patients in its Reproductive Health and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) clinic as of Wednesday, June 19, 2019.  We thank you for allowing us to be a part of your medical care over the years.  As we work through this change, we would like to help transfer your medical care to your primary care provider (PCP) or to one of our community medical partners.

Please stop by the clinic or contact clinic staff at 541-774-8209 so that we may assist you in transferring your medical records or identifying an agency that may best fit your medical needs.  Your confidential medical records will remain with JCPH and will be available for release to another provider year-round, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (closed for lunch 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm). You can also visit the Oregon Health Authority to find a Reproductive Health and STI Clinic.

Clinic Services until June 19, 2019:  We serve all area women of childbearing age for family planning (birth control) & pregnancy testing needs, regardless of income.

  • We offer many methods of birth control and emergency birth control (Plan B).
  • We serve all clients confidentially.  This means that no one will be given information about your visit except you.
  • We provide women's annual exams.

We are able to offer many different types of birth control free or at low cost through CCare, OHP & Title X funding.  See if you qualify for free or low cost birth control.
