Proposed Vacation of a Portion of Graffis Road

NOTE: The public hearing date has been changed to December 4, 2019.

Jackson County has received a petition for vacation of the southern portion of Graffis Road as depicted in the attached exhibit map.

Vacation is a process whereby the County can terminate a public right-of way and return the right-of-way to the adjacent property owner(s).

Graffis Road is an unimproved right-of-way that runs from Coal Mine Road to Campbell Road. The northern portion of the Graffis Road right-of-way is within the Medford Urban Reserve. While Graffis Road is unimproved, there are some that utilize the right-of-way for access. The Board of Commissioners is interested in your input regarding this matter before they make a final decision to approve or deny the requested vacation.
