Public Hearing - 2nd Reading on an Ordinance for a Major Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to add approximately 47.3 acres to the City of Talent Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) located at 6100 Colver Road, on a 43.09-acre parcel and, also, includes approximately 4.3 acres of right-of-way.  The Amendment will include an update to the Urban Growth Boundary Management Agreement (UGBMA). The subject property is legally described as Township 38 South, Range 1 West, Section 22D, Tax Lot 1000.
