The Animal Control Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on fees charged, on policies concerning cats, euthanasia, livestock, stray animals, animal handling methods and the control of predators. The Committee also may make determinations on claims for damages to livestock by dogs. The Committee may review other issues affecting the delivery of Animal Control services such as animal neglect/abuse, emergency preparedness and kennel licensing.
