The Jackson County Commissioners encourage citizen participation in local government and welcomes your interest in serving on a County board or commission.
Appointments to County boards and commissions are made by the Commissioners. Residency within Jackson County is a requirement for membership on most boards. Terms on the various boards and commissions vary.

Airport Advisory Committee Meetings will be held in person at the Airport Conference Room B. The meetings are set for 12 pm, on the third Monday of each month, unless it falls on a holiday, in which case it will be held the following Monday. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
