Fire Protection District Annexation in Jackson County
The Jackson County Administrator's Office coordinates the annexation of property in the unincorporated areas of the County into a rural fire protection district.  Shown below are:

1) Instructions for filing a single landowner to petition to annex and the Petition by Landowner for Annexation form; and

2) Instructions for multiple landowners of contiguous parcels to petition to annex and the Multiple Landowners Petition to Annex form.

Multiple Land Owners Petition
This form is for use by multiple landowners, with or without co-owners, who own contiguous parcels of land to be considered by the Board of Commissioners for annexation.

Multiple Land Owners Petition Instructions
These instructions are intended to assist multiple landowners of contiguous parcels to follow the steps necessary to file a petition to annex to a fire protection district in Jackson County.

Single Land Owner Petition
This form is to be used by a single landowner, with or without co-owners, who owns a parcel of land to be considered by the Board of Commissioners for annexation.

Single Land Owner Petition Instructions
These instructions are intended to assist a single landowner to follow the steps necessary to file a petition to annex to a fire protection district in Jackson County.
