PUBLIC HEARING – Consideration of a Jackson County Planning Commission Recommendation of Approval for a Minor Zoning Map Amendment to apply the Limited Use (LU) zoning district for the proposed 60 space RV park on the subject properties, located at 9816 Old Stage Road in Gold Hill. The Limited Use (LU) Comprehensive Plan Map designation was approved by File 2001-2-CPA (Ordinance 2003-12). The properties are described as Township 36 South, Range 3 West, Section 22C, Tax Lots 100 and 200.
