Consideration of an application as recommended by the Jackson County Planning Commission for a Text Amendment to the Jackson County Land Development Ordinance, specifically Sections 7.2 (Floodplain) and 13.3 (105) (Definitions). The text amendments are necessary to continue to meet the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) for floodplain management in Jackson County.
