NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jackson County 4-H, Master Gardener and Agricultural Extension Service District, Jackson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, will be held by videoconference*. The meeting will take place on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may discuss the recommended budget with the Budget Committee during the public hearing portion of the meeting. A copy of the recommended budget document may be inspected or obtained at the Jackson County Administrator’s Office, 10 South Oakdale, Room 214, Medford, during regular business hours. The budget document may also be viewed on the County’s web page (http://jacksoncountyor.org).

The Budget Committee encourages the public to submit comments in writing, either by mail to 10 South Oakdale, Room 214, Medford OR 97501, or by email to BoC-CAO_Admin@jacksoncounty.org; written comment must be received by 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2021, to be accepted into the meeting record. All written correspondence must include the author’s name and address. Live audio comment via videoconference may also be received during the public hearing portion of the meeting.
