PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of the Planning Department’s tentative approval of an application for the relocation of the 12 acre photovoltaic solar power generation facility approved under File No. 439-20-01718-ZON, on a 110 acre parcel, zoned Exclusive Farm Use (EFU), and located off Nick Young Road, Eagle Point.  The property is legally described as Township 36 South, Range 1 West, Section 04, Tax Lot 1100.  The application was submitted by Antelope Creek Solar, LLC the property owner is Agate Ridge Vineyards, LLC. The application was appealed by Sid N. Layton.  File No. 439-21-02623-ZON.
