Following new guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Governor Kate Brown announced on May 13 that Oregon would be following this guidance, which only applies to fully vaccinated individuals.
The CDC announcement left many unanswered questions for states to sort out. Until we have vaccination verification guidance and procedures in place, businesses should continue following current guidance.
While Oregon Health Authority updates guidance, everyone should follow posted mask and physical distancing requirements in businesses until further notice.
