Deed records are available from the Jackson County Clerk at 774-6152.
To search for property deeds by property address, use Property Data Express and follow the detailed instructions below.

- Assignment Deed
- Assignment of Contract
- Bargain/Sale Deed
- Conservators Deed
- Correction Deed
- Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure
- Transaction Conveyed
- Lot Line Adjustment
- Trustees Deed
- Tax Deed
- Warranty Deed
- Quit Claim Deed
Liens, mortgages, and other types of recorded documents are available online by enrollment in the Property Data Clerk Inquiry program, or by visiting the Clerk's office in person. For more information concerning enrollment, please email Rebecca Ward at email@example.com or call 541-774-6129.
FIRST, ENTER THE ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY YOU WISH TO FIND. FOR THE STREET ENTER THE NAME OF THE STREET ONLY. DO NOT ENTER AVENUE, STREET, WAY, CIRCLE, ETC.
After submitting the inquiry, the search results will be displayed. Find the record you are searching for from the list of returned results.
Next click "View Assessment & Planning Details" and "Sales" for owner names. Next click the instrument number highlighted in blue to print by .pdf or .tif image. The first record should be the most current deed within the past two weeks. Contact the recording office if you feel a deed was recorded sooner than the past two weeks.
Print a "Deed Card" to obtain historical OR (official record) deed instrument numbers by year or by volume and page. Go back to "View Assessment & Planning Details". Click "Deed Card", "Portal", "Deed Card" and then print. Bring the "Deed Card" to the recording office to print copies in our public research computers. To search prior from the first record on the deed card you will search by the name in our deed index record books. Once a record is found you will enter the deed instrument number by year or volume and page number in our public research computers to view and print a copy.

Next, click on the "Account #" associated with the listing.
About half-way down the next page you'll see "Sales Data".
Under "Sales Data" click on the linked "Instrument Number".
You will then have a choice to view the recorded deed document as a .pdf or .tif format.
