Predatory Sex Offenders

Jackson County Community Justice includes Adult Parole and Probation Services, Juvenile Probation, detention and residential services, and the Jackson County Transition Center. Together they form a framework of services to address criminal behavior and activity in our community and provide a means for offender rehabilitation and restitution. Jackson County Community Justice works collaboratively with partner agencies as well as the citizens of Jackson County to achieve positive outcomes and reduce recidivism.

Community Justice

Adult Supervision Services consists of monitoring the behavior and movement of offenders in the community to ensure compliance with the conditions of the releasing authority.

The Transition Center is a 169 bed facility designed to provide treatment and transitional services to male and female clients in the adult criminal justice system.

Juvenile Services consists of intake, diversion, court, supervision, detention and residential services to youth who have committed criminal offenses.

Our goals and outcomes are accomplished by a team of professionals working closely with the community, treatment organizations and law enforcement agencies to deliver a variety of innovative and effective programs in a balanced approach to justice in the community. Together, Jackson County Community Justice uses evidence based programming to offer the community a nationally recognized sex offender treatment and supervision program, two drug courts, a specialized domestic violence unit, a highly respected Juvenile detention and residential program, a 128 bed alternative to incarceration program which focuses on offender rehabilitation and community enhancement, as well as community service programs for both adults and juveniles which delivers services to over 100 agencies, both non-profit and governmental.
