With substance use disorder becoming a growing concern in our community, there is an increasing need for recovery support and housing services in Jackson County. Fortunately, help is on the way in the form of a supported behavioral health housing plan and a statewide $277 million Oregon Health Authority Measure 119 grant, the recipients of which will be announced in March.
