The state Department of Justice oversees the Child Support Program (CSP) for the state of Oregon. The CSP has two sections, the District Attorney offices which handle the non-public assistance cases and the state Division of Child Support (DCS) offices which work child support cases for children who are receiving public assistance. If the child(ren) are receiving public assistance through the state of Oregon you should contact the state Division of Child Support (DCS) office in Salem at 1-800-850-0228 or the local Medford DCS office at 541-776-6043 for services.  If no public assistance is involved your child support case may be handled by our office.
