Family Support

The Family Support Division (FSD) provides child support services aimed to enhance the financial and emotional well-being of children and families. Our services are available to both parents, or caretakers with physical custody of a child. Our goal is to ensure that all children have a child support order and to do our best to collect child support monies so that families have the financial ability to raise their children. We do not represent either party but rather the best interest of the child.  For legal advice please contact a private attorney.
