How can I find a record or document?
There are a couple of ways you can look for a document or record on our website. You can use the explorer view and navigate through the folder structure to find what you are looking for by viewing the folder and document names.
The other option is to use the document search tool.
When you are viewing one of the Planning document folders, you will see a Search link in the blue bar at the top of the explorer window. Click this link and a search box will pop-up. From this window you can choose to search the folder you are currently in or the entire Development Services Document Center. You can search for words that appear in not only the title, but also the contents of the document. If you wish to refine your search further, you can use the “Advanced” tab in the search pop-up box and choose from a number of additional search options.
NOTE: The “published” and/or “modified” dates of the existing documents posted may not reflect the original published dates. The documents themselves however have the original dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
