Project Description:

The proposed amendments focus primarily on revisions to the recently-adopted Regional Plan Element of the Jackson County Comprehensive Plan as recommended by the Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) at their meeting of March 15, 2012. A copy of those recommendations is accessible as a pdf below. Minor revisions to the Land Development Ordinance (LDO) necessary to bring greater consistency between the Regional Plan Element and the LDO will also be considered. Testimony and evidence will be limited to the LCDC-proposed revisions and the minor revisions to the LDO. No other issues will be considered.
