The Jackson County Land Development Ordinance implements the policies and goals of the Jackson County Comprehensive Plan and contains the various zoning designations within the county and determines allowed and conditional uses within those zones; provides definitions of terms; sites criteria for development; lists building/structure setbacks and height requirements; identifies areas of special concern; and outlines land division regulations.
