Forest Trust Land Advisory Committee meets April 29 via Zoom

SALEM, Ore – The Forest Trust Land Advisory Committee will meet virtually via Zoom at 2 p.m. Friday, April 29. Items on the committee’s agenda include: 

  • Presenting the draft Environmental Impact Statement associated with the Public Draft of the Western Oregon State Forest Habitat Conservation Plan 
  • Preparation for joint meeting with Board of Forestry on Tuesday, May 10 
  • Comments from state forester and Board of Forestry chair

This meeting is open to the public, and public comment is scheduled for the beginning of the meeting. The Zoom log-in is at https://odf.zoom.us/j/97391571550. The Forest Trust Land Advisory Committee is comprised of seven county commissioners representing 15 Oregon counties where state forestlands are located. The FTLAC is a statutorily established committee that advises the Board of Forestry on matters related to forestland managed by ODF.
