Jackson County Multi-Agency Resource Centers (MARC) are Now Open

IMPORTANT UPDATE: This article may contain information that is now outdated. Please Jackson County Multi-Agency Resource Centers (MARC) for the most current information on RogueValleyRebuilds.org.

The Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) is open in Medford, with smaller satellite offices operating in Talent and Phoenix.  They will remain open, for the hours listed below, until no longer needed.

“MARC Centers are an essential part of the recovery process as we transition from emergency sheltering to rebuilding our community,” shares Kelly Madding, Medford Deputy City Manager, who is part of the Emergency Operations Command Team.

There will be on-site representatives from FEMA at each MARC providing assistance in the fire relief process. There are Spanish speaking representatives at all MARC locations.

It helps to bring these items with you, if you have them:  identification with your home address (i.e., utility bill or driver’s license), social security number, and any insurance information you can provide.
