Can I pay in person?

 

Please note! The Taxation Office inside windows are closed except by appointment.  STAY SAFE - MAIL YOUR PAYMENT.  PAYMENTS POSTMARKED BY NOVEMBER 16 ARE TIMELY.

Online Bill Payment through your bank.

Online at www.jacksoncounty.org/tax.

Drop Boxes - OPEN 24/7 NO CASH PLEASE.  Taxation Office, W. 8th Street between Laurel St. and Mistletow St, and 302 E Main Street.

We have exteneded office hours from October 26th through November 16th Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  If you must pay in-person, please use the Express Walk-Up Window or the Drive-through option only.  Our office windows on the first floor of the annext are CLOSED except by appointment only.  If you must make an appointment call 541-774-6541.

The Express Walk-up Window is located next to the Courthouse Annex parking lot on Laurel Street between Main Street and 8th Street during office hours.

New for 2020 is a Drive-Through Window at 302 E Main Street, Medford, on the corner of E. Main and Bartlett.  The Express Walk-up Window and the Drive-through are open for in-person payments, cash, credi/debit card

Three Drop Boxes open 24/7:   1.  At the Express Walk-up Window; 2.  302 E Main (corner of Bartlett and E Main); 3.  8th Street between Laurel and Mistletoe.
Payments are credited to your account the same day.

Credit card payments are processed through a third party payment service provider, who charges a service fee (shown below). Jackson County does not collect or retain any portion of the service fee charged.

Visa Debit Card: $3.95
MasterCard Debit Card: 2.5% of payment ($2.00 minimum)
American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa Credit Card: 2.5% of payment ($2.00 minimum)
