Animal Control Regulations for Jackson County, Oregon

Animal Care and Control Regulations are enforced throughout Jackson County. Individual cities may have additional regulations pertaining to animals within city limits.

Hearings Procedure

Unless otherwise specifically provided by law, hearings under this chapter will be performed pursuant to the procedures set forth under Jackson County ordinance governing administrative hearings.

It is the mission of Jackson County Health and Human Services to plan, coordinate, and provide public services that protect and promote the health and well being of county residents. Our community's most vulnerable population is our priority.
