Due to COVID-19, all Jackson County WIC business is being conducted over the phone (541-774-8203) until further notice.

WIC Participants Rights & Responsibilities

If you are new to the WIC Program, after reading the forms in the attached link, please email jacksoncountyWIC@jacksoncounty.orgYes, I have read and understand the Participants Rights and Responsibilities Form.”  

Nutrition Education:

All group nutrition education and breastfeeding peer counseling classes are cancelled.  For nutrition education credit, please complete an online class at www.wichealth.org

Do I qualify for WIC?

If you want to apply for WIC, please contact 541-774-8203. If you have Jackson Care Connect, AllCare or the Oregon Health Plan, you are automatically income eligible.  For more information on income eligibility guidelines, please see the following link: https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/HEALTHYPEOPLEFAMILIES/WIC/Pages/income.aspx
