We also ask that if you have any signs and symptoms of illness (even if mild) you remain home and postpone vaccination.
Immunization Clinic offers:
Jackson County Public Health offers immunizations for infants, children and adults. For recommended vaccine schedules, visit the Centers for Disease Control www.cdc.gov/vaccines.

- Oregon Health Plan card
For Tuberculosis Testing:
Testing is not done on Thursdays. Once the tuberculosis test is performed, client must return for the reading in 48 to 72 hours.

An appointment does not need to be scheduled to be seen for immunizations, but the last check-in time to be seen for immunizations is at 4:30 p.m.
