Jackson County’s well-maintained parks offer diverse recreational opportunities with modern facilities for family, friends and business gatherings.
Note: The following FAQ’s are limited to Jackson County owned and operated parks only and do not cover city, state or federal parks. State, city, and federal sites are managed by separate entities and are responsible for establishing reopening plans for their respective properties.
It’s important to know that this year will not be the same as previous years. There will be required changes to which facilities and amenities are available for use, as well as new rules to help keep our parks open through the summer.
May 8, 2020, Jackson County Parks has finalized its reopening plan now that the State of Oregon has clarified how park systems can operate during the initial phase of reopening.
Cabins and Yurt rentals are available at Willow Lake, Howard Prairie Resort, and Apserkaha.
