Bear Creek Greenway Getting Buttoned Up for Wet Weather

The Bear Creek Greenway is getting ready for oncoming wet weather thanks to the efforts of Jackson County Parks, EPA, Oregon DEQ, Rogue Valley Sewer Services, The Freshwater Trust, the RVCOG, the Rogue River watershed Council, and most importantly local volunteers.

Sections of Greenway closed due to significant safety concerns

MEDFORD - Due to significant safety concerns caused by extensive damage along the south portion of the Bear Creek Greenway, Jackson County Sheriff’s officials are closing the trail to the public from US Cellular Community Park in Medford, to its southern terminus in Ashland effective immediately.
