Due to the ODF Fire Levels dropping from Extreme to High, and with Rain in the forecast and higher humidity levels, the Campfires & Briquettes Ban is now LIFTED/REMOVED, effective Friday, 9/1/2023.  Although the Ban is Lifted, we still recommend keeping all Campfires small and manageable and always monitored and not left unattended.  

Jackson County Parks is working in coordination with the Oregon State Marine Board (OSMB) to develop plans for the future replacement of the boat ramp at Upper Rogue Regional Park (URRP).

Joseph Stewart County Park marina has received official designation as a state “Clean Marina.”

The aerial seeding that took place along the Bear Creek Greenway recently was protected this past weekend by hundreds of volunteers showing strength in numbers and community.
