SOUTHERN OREGON RV PARK REGISTRATION BUILDING
Located at: 1 Peninger Road, Central Point
SCOPE OF PROJECT: This project consists of, but is not limited to, construction of a 1270 SF building and 1144 SF covered pation. Unless noted in bid documents, site work and landscaping will be work performed by the owner. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing will be design-build by contractor. Contractor will be required to coordinate engineering and installation of trusses. See documents for all specifics.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Confeence Date: November 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.

All bids are subject to the requirements of ORS Chapters 279, 279A, 279B, and 279C, and 701, and the ordinances, rules and regulations of Jackson County. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether bidder is a resident bidder as defined by ORS 279C.430.
This contract requires pre-qualification. Pre-qualification forms may be obtained at the Jackson County Roads and PArks Administration Office, 200 Antelope Road, White City, Oreogn 97502, 541-774-8184.
