The attached documents explain why FEMA may have found you ineligible for assistance. Those who applied for FEMA assistance online and were denied are encouraged to go to the MARC at 815 S. Oakdale Ave in Medford to speak to a FEMA representative in person, or to call FEMA at 800-621-3362. The rejection may have been the result of missing information or not filling out the online form correctly. FEMA staff can help you correct your application.
You have a right to appeal a FEMA decision, but you must do so in writing within 60 days of the date on your determination letter.
Other sources of aid may be available to those who are ineligible for FEMA assistance, especially those with a low income.
