Curb Ramp Improvements Coming Soon

A portion of East Pine Street / Biddle Road will be improved during the 2022 summer construction season.  Phase I will be improvement / reconstruction of nine curb ramp locations to enhance functionality and safety of the pedestrian facilities.  Our contractor, Knife River Materials, will begin construction the week of April 4, 2022 (weather permitting).  The curb ramp locations to be improved are at various locations stretching from the east end of the bridge over Bear Creek to near Table Rock Road to the east.  Please slow down in the work areas and use caution when making turns near these ramp locations.  Watch for pedestrians and workers.

Upon completion of the curb ramp improvement phase, a second phase of construction will replace the asphalt pavement from the Bear Creek Bridge to Table Rock Road.  This work will be performed at night to minimize the impacts to traffic in the area.
