Arrest Made In Central Point Shooting (Photo)

JCSO Case #19-24374

MEDFORD, Ore- Detectives with the Jackson County Major Assault and Death Investigation Unit have made an arrest in the shooting death of Nicholas Patrick Kubasiak, 38 years old of Central Point, Oregon. The case was first reported on 112119 at 1536 hours in the 6600 block of Ponderosa St, Central Point.

At 1717 hours on 112719, MADIU detectives lodged the suspect at Jackson County Jail. He is David Vaughn Bullard, birthdate 08-11-1970. He had been living at the scene of the shooting.

Bullard was lodged on a charge of Murder. There is no bail amount set.

This case has been forwarded to the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office. Due to the holiday, Bullard will be arraigned on Friday 112919 at 1:30pm. No further details will be released until that time.
