Crime Stoppers: Detectives Seek Burglary Suspect
EAGLE POINT, Ore. – Jackson County Sheriff’s Office detectives are trying to track down a suspect they believe to be involved in a burglary. On April 4, 2018, deputies took a report of a burglary to an unoccupied home in the 13000-block of Agate Road, Eagle Point.
The owner reported the theft of property valued at more than $20,000. Among the items stolen were thousands of dollars’ worth of fly fishing gear, a 16-foot hydraulic lift trailer, a 10-foot flatbed trailer, outdoor power tools, and miscellaneous items.
Detectives have identified a suspect in the case as Marvin Frank Long, Jr., 44. Long is known to frequent the Trail and Eagle Point areas. Long is associated with a green 2004 Nissan Xterra with Oregon license plate 353 JTQ.
