Deputies Receive Awards

On August 18, 2016, Jackson County Fire District #3 officials honored two JCSO deputies for outstanding performance. Deputy Scow and Deputy Weaver pulled a driver from a burning vehicle after a motor vehicle crash. Without the deputies' efforts, it is likely the individual would have died in the fire.
