MEDFORD, Ore. - Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) detectives are investigating a suspicious death that occurred at a residence in the 2400 block of Finley Lane in Medford. JCSO Medical Examiner detectives are on scene along with Central Point Police Department. Investigations are active and ongoing. Medford Police Department detectives are assisting. UPDATE 02-03-23: Update 02-03-23: An autopsy has been completed by an Oregon State Police forensic pathologist. The investigation remains ongoing based on the circumstances. Next of kin has been notified, the decedent is Alyce Deann Patee, 29, of Medford. Our condolences go out to her family and friends. There is no further information for release at this time.
